Autoriser l'authentification HTTP pour pusher

https://git.spip.net/admin/application_settings/general, il faudrait cocher la case "Autoriser l'authentification par mot de passe pour Git en HTTP(S)" pour permettre aux gens de pusher en https.

mais il y avait peut être une bonne raison d'avoir decocher cela
